A WeckMethod Qualified coach since June of 2019. I played my collegiate baseball at Long Beach State(Div. 1). I also have over 8 years of experience playing Baseball professionally along with 8 years of coaching experience at the high school and youth levels. My journey of exploring training ideals, while looking for ways to improve athletic inadequacy has led me to Weck Method. Throughout the learning process, I have been able to provide the services of private training along with the ability to conduct running and performance clinics. Specializing in Baseball performance which includes - hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics, infield & outfield defense along with baseball speed enhancement and base-running.
