Progressive Programming provides a linear path to improve both skills development and increased intensity. Week 1 contains the simplest of progressions with less intensity, with Week 4 containing advanced skills progressions with higher intensity.

In S.S.F.R. we will utilize the unique features of the RMT® Club to develop fluidity and range of motion over the entire body.
If you already have an RMT® Club, select the Standard Registration option. If you would like to bundle the product with the workshop, select the desired Include A Club option. If you are located outside of the United States, select the International option.
